Smith wins overall prize in EU-wide competition

Joe has made headlines in Brussels by being named the overall winner in the EU competition "Cultures on My Street". Joe's image "The Village Cobbler" beat off stiff competition from over 2,000 entries. He was in Brussels on the 25th September to receive the award from the EU Commssioner for Culture, Youth and Training Jan Figel. The competition was organised as part of the celebrations of The Year of Intercultural Dialogue. See photos below. Further details can be seen at www.street-cultures.eu
